After watching the movie the Yes Men and then reading the Viral Activism and the meaning of “Post-Identity”, one of my favortie parts of the movie was the Recycling Food which was a solution brought up by the yes men as a joke to solve starvation in the third world countries. I was pretty excited to see this brought up in the Rtmark because the way they tried to solve world hunger using the yes men way was hilarious because you knew the meaning behing what they were doing and seeing people’s reactions were funny because they would get so mad but in all reality how can someone get so mad about something they don’t even bother to care about? The yes men know the real life problems and instigate the government and citizens to actually do something with the major problems of the world. To me the Yes Men are sort of iconic heroes.
